About Us

Compliance that holds up under inspection, not just on paper.

About us

Compliance built to survive an inspection

Best Compliance Management Consultancy is a UAE based AML/CFT advisory practice serving DNFBPs and virtual asset businesses across the onshore federal jurisdiction, DIFC and ADGM.

We were founded on a simple observation: most compliance programmes are written to satisfy a checklist, not to survive an inspection. Regulators under Federal Decree Law No. 10 of 2025 and Cabinet Resolution No. 134 of 2025 now test whether controls actually operate and that requires documentation built by people who have run these controls from the inside.

Our engagements are led by MLROs, legal consultants and regulatory compliance officers who translate legislative requirements into policies, risk assessments and evidence files that fit your size, sector and risk profile not a generic template repackaged for your logo.

The Best Compliance Management Consultancy team at work

We believe that effective compliance is not simply about having policies in place it is about demonstrating that controls are properly designed, consistently implemented, documented, and capable of operating effectively in practice.

As regulatory expectations continue to evolve under the UAE’s AML/CFT/CPF framework, businesses are increasingly required to demonstrate not only what their policies say, but also how their controls function in day-to-day operations. Our approach is therefore centred on practical implementation, reliable documentation, and evidence-based compliance.

At Best Compliance Management Consultancy, we are committed to helping businesses move beyond “compliance on paper” towards compliance that is demonstrable, effective, and embedded in the operations.

We help our clients understand their obligations, identify their risks, implement appropriate controls, and maintain a compliance framework that supports regulatory confidence and long-term business integrity.

Why engage us

Why Engage Us

Choosing the right AML/CFT partner is a compliance decision with direct regulatory, financial, and reputational consequences. Best Compliance Management Consultancy is built to be a long term compliance partner, not a one time documentation vendor. The following distinguishes our approach:

01

Sector Depth and Specialised Expertise

Our team brings hands-on, engagement-level experience across banking and financial institutions, real estate, dealers in precious metals and stones, legal and notarial practices, trust and corporate service providers, audit and accountancy firms, and virtual asset service providers. This breadth means we understand the specific typologies, transaction patterns, and inspection focus areas relevant to each sector rather than applying a generic, one-size-fits-all AML template that fails to reflect the realities of your business.

02

Regulatory Currency and Continuous Monitoring

Our frameworks are built and maintained in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 10 of 2025 and Cabinet Resolution No. 134 of 2025 the current foundation of the UAE’s AML/CFT/CPF regime and are not simply carried over from the repealed 2018/2019 legislation. We continuously track and incorporate ongoing circulars, notices, and guidance issued by the CBUAE, MoET, MoJ, CMA, VARA, DFSA, and FSRA, along with updates to the FATF Grey and Black Lists and the UAE’s National Risk Assessment findings, so that client programmes never fall behind the regulatory curve.

03

Practical Evidence, Not Paperwork

Supervisory authorities in the UAE increasingly inspect whether controls actually operate whether risk assessments were genuinely performed, whether screening ran and alerts were resolved, and whether reports were filed on time rather than whether a policy document merely exists on file. Every deliverable we produce, from the EWRA to the CDD file to the training log, is designed from the outset to serve as inspection-ready evidence, so that our clients are never caught with a compliance programme that looks complete on paper but cannot withstand regulatory scrutiny in practice.

04

End to End, Integrated Support

We support clients across the full compliance lifecycle policy documentation, risk assessment, CDD/EDD, sanctions screening, technology selection and validation, regulatory reporting, training, and independent audit delivered as a single, coordinated programme rather than disconnected, one off engagements. This integrated approach ensures consistency across every control, reduces duplication of effort, and gives management a unified view of the entity’s compliance posture at all times.

05

Experienced, Multidisciplinary Compliance Team

Our engagements are led by a multidisciplinary team of MLROs, legal consultants, and AML/regulatory compliance officers with direct experience advising regulated entities on UAE AML/CFT obligations. This combination of legal, regulatory, and operational expertise allows us to translate complex legislative requirements into practical, workable controls that fit each client’s size, risk profile, and business model.

06

Responsive, Client Centric Engagement

We work as an extension of our clients’ teams, providing clear, timely guidance and remaining accessible for the day to day compliance questions that arise between formal engagements. Our clients consistently highlight our responsiveness, professionalism, and depth of regulatory knowledge as key reasons for choosing and continuing to work with Best Compliance Management Consultancy.
